Handcrafted by our team in our Apache Junction workshop, this platform is exclusive to Wood-n-Crate. You won’t find it anywhere else in the Phoenix Valley.

What is the rental price for the ceremony platform?

Our 8ft round ceremony platform rents for $500. An introductory rate of $450 is available for bookings made before May 31st. Delivery fee is calculated based on distance from our Apache Junction warehouse. Download our full pricing list at woodncratedesigns.com/pricing.

How far in advance should I book the ceremony platform?

As our newest inventory piece, availability is currently open. However, we expect it to book up quickly — especially for peak season dates (October, November, March, and April). We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed.

Can the platform be set up on grass or uneven terrain?

Our team levels the platform on-site using professional leveling techniques. For significantly uneven terrain — such as sloped yards or gravel surfaces — let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. A terrain fee may apply for challenging access or carry distances.

Can I decorate the platform?

Absolutely — the glossy white finish is a beautiful neutral canvas. Couples commonly add floral arrangements, candles, a petal aisle leading up to the platform, and greenery around the base. Just avoid anything that would damage the surface finish, and let us know if you have any questions about what’s compatible.

Do you deliver the ceremony platform outside of the Phoenix Metro?

During June through September, we extend our delivery area to include Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Pinetop with a Long-Distance Delivery Fee. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.

Does the platform work for indoor events?

Yes — the glossy white finish works beautifully in both indoor and outdoor settings. It’s a popular choice for indoor quinceañera venues, ballrooms, and corporate event spaces.
