At Wood n Crate, we believe beautiful events can be achieved on any budget. Subsequently, we created a pricing structure that allows our clients the freedom to pick-and-choose a level of service that best fits their needs and budget!

Our services range from providing a completely hands-off experience(highest price, most convenient) to an entirely self-service option (lowest price, least convenient) and anywhere in between. Basically, you decide if you want to pay for the convenience of having your event rental items set up and placed for you, or if you can get your friends to set things up for nothing more than a few brownie points! šŸ™ŒšŸ»

How Our Pricing Works

We are proud to offer our clients multiple options that allow their rental order to fit their budget. When building your order with us, you will first decide on DELIVERY or WILL CALL. If you choose DELIVERY, you then will decide on CURBSIDE DROP OFF or DELIVERY WITH SET UP. Below are outlines of the possible prices that may be associated with your order given the options you choose.

PRICES FOR DELIVERY ORDERS

DELIVERY ORDERS allow you to experience the most amount of stress-free convenience on the day of your event. Our crew will deliver your rental items during an agreed upon arrival window before your event, and pick everything up after your event.

The following outline provides all options that you may add to a DELIVERY ORDER with their fees, along with special features we do not charge extra for:

  • Delivery – Calculated per mile; usually $150-$250 within Phoenix area
  • Set UpĀ – Included in the Delivery fee
  • Terrain Fee (see FAQ) – If necessary, 5%-15% of order value
  • Mid-Event Flip – Starts at $150
  • After Hours Delivery/Pick Up – Starts at $150 for delivery/pick up after 10pm
  • Cleaning/MaintenanceĀ – 6% fee added to all orders
  • Order Changes – No charge up until two weeks before event
PRICES FOR WILL CALL ORDERS

WILL CALL ORDERS are ideal for party planners who (A) are ordering a few small or medium sized items or (B) have the means to transport and man-power to set up/take down all items in their rental order. Most items in our inventory are available for WILL CALL. Yes, including our farm tables! Our unique, easy-assemble table legs allows for simple, sturdy set up.

The following outline provides all fees that may be associated with WILL CALL ORDERS, along with special features we do not charge extra for:

  • Cleaning/Maintenance – 6% of Rental Order
  • Late ReturnĀ – Minimum $250 fee
  • DamageĀ – If necessary, cost of replacing or repairing item
  • Order Changes – No charge

To ensure you do not bite-off more than you can chew, you should only choose a WILL CALL ORDER if you are absolutely sure that your party helpers can safely handle heavy items and will have ample time to set everything up.

No matter the budget you are working with for your wedding or event, we have an option that will enable you to make your dream a reality.

Oh and by the way, because we separate our set up fees from our rental rates, you pay less in sales tax!
