No event is complete without spectacular lighting. Whether you are planning an indoor or outdoor event with a lot of space or a little, our event lighting pros can help design and set up a perfect lighting layout. All of our custom lighting jobs are full service and include design, set up, and take down. This way, you won’t have to worry about how much lighting you need or how to set it up yourself. Your custom string lights will be the easiest part of your party planning, but will have the biggest impact!

Custom Lighting FAQ

How far in advance should i schedule my consult?

The sooner the better as our availability is limited. During the busy season (Oct-May), we are usually booked out two months in advance. So please plan accordingly!

How much does custom lighting cost?

Our Custom Lighting is $1.90/linear foot of lighting strands used. Our minimum custom lighting cost is $375 (200 ft). No extra delivery or set up costs apply to our custom lighting jobs.

Do you provide your own poles, extension chords, and power?

Yes. Yes. And no. We provide everything needed to set up your wedding or event string lighting except a power source. But we will bring enough extension chords to connect to a nearby power source.

Can you hang lights from trees or other objects?

Sure can! We will often use objects in/around your event venue (trees, light poles, house, cinderblock wall, etc.) to design a lighting layout that complements the area. We have special equipment and materials that allow us to suspend lights and cable from objects without causing any harm.

Will you design the lighting layout for me or with me?

We like to have your input. After all, it is your wedding or event! If you can at least share with us where you want the lights, we can usually take it from there.

What is the On-site Lighting Consult?

The On-site Lighting Consult is required for all custom lighting jobs. You can schedule your consult here. The purpose of the consult is to design your lighting layout ahead of time so that we are prepared to set up the day before your event. The consult is complementary and no-obligation. It usually lasts 45 minutes.

When will you set up the lights for my event?

Usually the day before. Sometime two-three days before depending on our schedule for that week. But we always confirm with you well in advance to give you a specific arrival/set-up time.
