Will you arrange the chairs for my ceremony/reception?

We will set up your chairs however you direct us. While our team does work quickly to set up your event, we also work with care and detail. This means that your chair arrangement will be just about right by the time we’re done. However we always recommend that you and your event staff double check to make sure the arrangement is exactly how you want it.

How much weight do your chairs hold?

The manufacturer says 275 pounds.

Can I reuse the same chairs for my ceremony and my seating area?

Of course! In fact, we recommend this as a great option for keeping your rental order cost down. Please note, our staff will only be able to move your chairs from one venue to another if enough time between ceremony and reception exists and a Product Relocation Fee will be added to your order.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Not for our folding chairs. We have done our best to make our folding chairs very competitively prices as is, regardless of the size of your order.

How do you charge if I am renting chairs to go with your tables?

Your Rental Order will have your Fruitwood Folding Chair line item separate from your table line item. The price of renting chairs is the same whether or not they are to be paired with tables.

Can I mix and match benches with chairs?

You sure can! You can use any combination of chairs and benches that you can think of. When renting chairs and benches alone, we charge per item. When renting chairs and benches with farm tables, we charge per set.

How do I rent folding tables with chairs?

Our folding tables and our Fruitwood Folding Chairs are rented separately. In other words, there is not a per-set price.

Are these chairs better for indoor or outdoor events?

Either! Our Fruitwood Folding Chairs are just as great for outdoor events as they are for indoor events!

Where in Arizona do you deliver?

Presently, our regular service area includes the entire Phoenix Metro area. Depending on availability, we may be able to deliver and set up for events outside of Phoenix Metro. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is outside of our regular service area.
