Farm Table Details

Size

These tables are 3ft x 8ft, the ideal size for not overcrowding your event venue, while still allowing plenty of room for your guests’ dining and enjoyment.

Seating Capacity

Our farm tables seat 8 guests comfortably when set up end-to-end. If the tables are not set up end-to-end, chairs can be added at either end to seat 10 comfortably.

Price

Each farm table rents for $75. Our seating options range from $3.75/seat (fruitwood folding chairs or farm benches) to $10.50/seat (X-Back Chairs). No set up or take down fee is added on top of the farm table rental. Tax and Delivery fees may apply to your order.

Farm Table FAQ

Do i rent benches or chairs to go with my tables?

Completely up to you! We have options that will fit your style and budget. Pro tip: To save money, some brides who use us for their ceremony and reception, will decide how they want to seat guests during the ceremony, and use the same seats for the reception dinner.

Why should i rent from you instead of someone else?
Because we’re really nice… Oh, and because our farm tables are built with extremely high quality and attention to detail. Your guests will definitely notice the craftsmanship that’s been put into these tables, which will reflect back on your sense of style and judgement. Simply put, our tables make you look like you actually know how to throw an awesome party!
Can the tables be used for purposes other than seating?
Of course! Our farm tables have been used as serving tables, gift tables, entry-way tables, you name it! Add as many stand-alone tables to your order as you’d like.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes we do! For orders of more than 10 tables, we rent each farm table for $63.70.

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Given the weight of each table and the assembly required, our team of decor pros will deliver, set up, and place your order of farm tables. We also clean and take down the tables after your event.
How many farm tables do you have?
For the ’18/’19 wedding season, we have over 50 farm tables with the appropriate amount of benches or chairs available for rent. At any time, we are usually 80-90% booked about two months out. So to make sure we are available for your date, please contact us now!
Are decor and centerpiece arrangements included?
We have candles and glass candle jars available for rent with your farm table order. Ask about availability for your date.
Are these tables better for indoor or outdoor events?
Our farm tables are versatile! We’ve seen brides and event planners use them in backyards over grass or hard surfaces, state parks, cabins, indoors for family gatherings/holidays, inside churches or cultural halls, and at professional event venues. The possibilities are limitless!
Where in Arizona do you deliver?
Presently, our regular service area includes the entire Phoenix Metro area. Depending on availability, we may be able to deliver and set up for events outside of Phoenix Metro. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is outside of our regular service area.
