The Weather Outside is Delightful

When winter comes round, the Arizonans come out. Sidewalks begin to fill with walkers and joggers, streets fill with bikers and snowbirds, and the parks fill with laughing or screaming kids. This, of course, is due to the beautiful winter weather Arizona has to offer. Our winters are comfortably cool, encouraging everyone to get outdoors and enjoy the crisp air. It’s no wonder why brides are a part of this too. It is common for AZ winter brides to take advantage of this weather and host their ceremonies and receptions outside. That is why we have come up with a short list for AZ outdoor winter wedding must haves!

Pyramid Heaters

First is our pyramid heaters (also called patio heaters). We have 10 in total whose heat can reach up to a 10ft perimeter. This allows your guests to still enjoy the fresh air while staying nice and warm. The unique aspect of our heaters, however, is the fact that fire can be seen running through the middle of the pyramid, while the heaters are in use. This creates the “wow” factor for our customers, because it feels somewhat similar to sitting around a cozy fireplace.

S’mores Cart

The second must have is our S’mores Cart (also called S’mores Bar). A bride can never go wrong with having desserts at her reception and our S’mores Bar is a crowd pleaser! It is fun and interactive for all ages, keeps your guests warm, and satisfies the sweet tooth . Our S’mores Bar was built by our own Brad Alger and includes an edge safety design, making it hard for little fingers to reach the fire. We deliver the S’mores Cart with a full propane tank, which will ensure that it will last all night and even into the next day! One reccommendation we have is to use 18 inch wood skewers for roasting the marshmallows. Please note that s’more making is not a requirement to rent the S’mores cart! We often have our guests rent it for their events to use as a fireplace!

Beverage Bar

The third must have pairs well with our S’mores Bar. Why? Because every dessert deserves a drink to go down with it, and our Beverage Bar is the perfect set up for that! While during the summer it is often referred to as the “Pop Stop”, winter transforms it into a place where all the classics are served: hot chocolate, cider, and egg nog. Your guests are sure to enjoy your nod to the holidays while sipping on those nostalgic drinks. Our Beverage Bar includes lights, a rack to hold the flavors for your drinks, and a bucket to hold straws or napkins! We also have a customizable, vinyl chalkboard attached to the top.
