Arizona is lucky enough to have many amazing indoor wedding venues that you can take advantage of. You can really find a venue that shows off your personality and matches your vision. Here at Wood n Crates, we specialize in rustic weddings, so we wanted to compile a list of some of the best rustic indoor wedding venues in Arizona.

Colby Falls

Colby Falls is Wedgewood Wedding’s Arizona location, and it’s as romantic and luxurious as you can get. It is home to an over-the-top waterfall as well as an oversized wooden pergola in its central courtyard. Their ballroom has double-height ceilings and large picture windows making it an impressive room. It’s the perfect space regardless of whether you’re having a larger or more intimate event.

Our inventory has been used at Colby Falls for both weddings and different events, even a fashion show! The dark wood of the farm tables, benches, and arch ties in so well with the venue’s white walls and light wooden floors. Our clients have also taken advantage of our wooden pallet backdrop and beverage bar, another rustic touch that ties into the space so well.

Knotty Barn

When it comes to rustic indoor wedding venues in Arizona, you can get more authentic than Knotty Barn. It offers some great wedding inspiration because it’s such a gorgeous backdrop already. If you add in our rentals, you have the perfect rustic wedding. The Knotty Barn is on Rocking R Farms, and it’s based on Western barns from the 1800s. It’s actually modeled after Ray Epps’ grandfather’s barn and has slump block and aged wood. The barn doors are even made out of 250-year-old barn wood. The best part is that Knotty Barn still comes with all the modern amenities.

Brayden and Page took advantage of our wooden farm tables, benches, and pallet backdrop. Our geometric arch worked a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony. For the guests, the s’mores cart added a perfect touch to their wedding once dark fell, and the beverage cart was just the icing on the cake!

Tre Bella

Tre Bella is an all-inclusive wedding venue that’s actually affordable on top of being stylish and sophisticated. They have five separate event locations, meaning they can handle your event whether it’s intimate or large. We recently collaborated on a styled shoot to showcase the space! We used The Courtyard Indoors. The mix of the red brick, white floors, and white ceilings in the Courtyard Indoors really make the wooden pieces pop. The Courtyard Indoors is one of their most demanded spaces, and it’s easy to see why. It pairs 100-year-old brick walls and an open truss ceiling with modern herringbone floor, skylights, and crystal chandeliers. Located in historic downtown Mesa, Tre Bella is one of Arizona’s best indoor wedding venues for sure!

Big Cotton Gin

The Big Cotton Gin is one of our favorite indoor wedding venues in Arizona because it’s also Arizona’s oldest renovated cotton gin. It was fully renovated in 2019, but it maintains its original tin from the 1950s. Big Cotton Gin combines rustic with romantic in its massive indoor space that sports antique chandeliers and a built-in bar area. It also has an outdoor space with a bistro-lit courtyard that helps add to the cotton gin’s charm. Not to mention, their event center has an upstairs bridal suite and groomsman staging room, which is a great bonus for anyone who books their space!

As usual, this couple loved our wooden farm tables and benches, but they also utilized our triangular arch.

Sunkist Warehouse

As its name suggests, this indoor wedding venue used to be a packing and processing plant for Sunkist. It was purchased in 2014, and the renovations finished in 2016. Now, you can take advantage of this unique and historic building. They kept the original red brick, ceiling truss, and the large windows, including the “dog house” ceiling windows. You can truly customize your wedding here because this wedding venue doesn’t place restrictions on which vendors you bring in. You can make your wedding whatever you want!

Along with our rustic wooden farm tables and benches, this couple used our fruitwood folding chairs.

This list of Arizona wedding venues barely scratches the surface of all the great places that Arizona offers. But we love working with these venues in particular because they are some of the best indoor wedding venues in Arizona. They each provide a unique space for your rustic wedding, and they work really well with rustic wedding decor. We hope you like them as much as we do! If you’re looking through these pictures and you see anything that you think would be the perfect rustic touch for your wedding, reach out to us!
