With the current global situation and Covid-19, we know that you might be postponing your wedding, or waiting to plan. At Wood n Crate Event Rentals, we are working hard to ensure all postponed weddings have the rentals they need, while also creating a safe environment for our staff and our couples. We have a few new policies in effect right now.
We are limiting our setup and delivery team to 2 people. To practice social distancing, we are also limiting those working in the warehouse to 2 at a time. While we are still taking appointments to view our inventory, they are by appointment only at this time. We are not taking any walk-ins at the moment. We also request that during set up, there is a limited amount of people at the venue. During setup, we request that those at the venue maintain social distancing.
By taking these measures in place, we are ensuring that our team is safe, and so are our couples! However, this doesn’t mean you can’t see our inventory! We have a complete catalog on our website and would love to show you images of the rentals we have in-house. We would love to work with you to create the perfect vision for your day!

The Elopement Rental Package
In light of the recent changes to the wedding industry, we have created an elopement rental package! Wood N Crate Event Rentals has teamed up with Sydney Eliza Florals and Simple Means Events to bring you an incredible elopement package!
This elopement package includes:
- 1 bridal bouquet
- 1 groom boutonniere
- Arbor greenery for your ceremony
- Table greenery or flower stems in bud vases
All flowers are done by the talented Sydney Eliza Florals!
You also get:
- 1 or 2 farm tables. Our classic farm tables are 3’ by 8’ and can seat 8 guests per table. You can choose from benches or fruitwood chairs.
- A small lighting setup (if needed)
- Set up and takedown
- Styling by Simple Means Events
- Tabletop decor
- Linens
- Arbor and sweetheart table (if needed)
Our Elopement rental package provides you everything you need for the perfect day, complete with flowers, design, and rentals. And there is no set up from you required! We will do the setup, styling, and tabletop decor, and even your ceremony backdrop! It is a stress-free package. All you have to do is show up and get married! There are so many beautiful spots in the Phoenix area for an elopement. We can set up in a variety of spots, from outdoor back yards to intimate indoor settings.
